Outside the support queue.
I work with people who need their technology to work, even when they don’t know what has gone wrong. Explaining the next step clearly is a large part of my job.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems. I’m using personal projects to return to programming and work toward software and web development roles.
Online, I go by Samisonic1. I enjoy games, so I started building my own: Lanebreak for card mechanics and turn logic, and Aydin for 3D movement, cameras, and interactions.
